All boats and trailers are stored outside on our
property in a locked fenced area. Any type of boat, including power
boats and pontoons can be stored. Inside storage available for motors
and sails.

For security and safety reasons, we do not allow anyone to work
on boats, remove boats, or board boats without first notifying Sailboats
Inc.
2.
Due to the possibility of damage to other boats, tarps are not
permitted on boats unless they are custom fitted or closely tied to deck
and approved in advance by Sailboats, Inc.
3.
Sailboats, Inc. will periodically check boats and attempt to
notify owners of any damage. Any service work requested of Sailboats,
Inc. will be charged to the owner at current service rates.
4.
It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain insurance on the
stored items. Sailboats, Inc. does not insure the stored item and it is
understood that Sailboats, Inc. is not responsible for any loss or
damage to the stored item or articles left with the stored item.
5.
Upon expiration of this Storage Agreement, the owner will either
sign a new agreement or immediately remove the stored item from
Sailboats, Inc. premises. A daily storage charge will be assessed on
stored items left without a current signed agreement.
6.
All storage fees are payable in advance. If payment for storage
fees become more than 30 days delinquent, the stored item will be
considered “OFFICIALLY ABANDONDED” and may be sold to cover the
delinquent fees.
